- Is there a limit on how many players I can add?
- No. Load your whole board — hundreds of players, every class — on every plan. Plans differ in seats, in how many watched players get weekly checks, and in monthly AI lookups.
- What's a lookup?
- One AI lookup that builds or refreshes a player's profile — offers, film links, socials, measurables — from public sources. Watched players refresh automatically without using your lookups.
- What are watched players?
- Watched players get automatic weekly checks for new offers, film, and profile changes, delivered in your weekly signal email. A player who goes quiet eases to monthly checks and returns to weekly the moment something changes. You can swap players in and out anytime — the limit is how many are monitored at once, not a lifetime count.
- What happens if I stop paying?
- Your board stays yours: every player, every profile, every verified measurable and every note, searchable and exportable. Nothing is ever deleted. New lookups and Sunday signals pause until you subscribe. Subscribe again whenever you're ready and they start again the same day.
- What counts as a program?
- One school's staff. Program is the plan a staff runs on — coordinators, GAs, assistants, up to 25 of them on one board. Command and Front Office are the same product sized for FBS staffs: up to 35 and 50 seats. Scout is a single seat, for an analyst or an evaluator working alone.
- Is there a contract?
- No. Monthly plans cancel anytime; annual plans are simply prepaid — and save you two months. Command and Front Office are annual and invoiced.
- Does this replace our CRM?
- No — and it's not trying to. RecruitSignal reads the world and tells you what changed; your CRM tracks what you do about it. Excel and CSV export, built for your CRM's importer. Different half of the job.
- Is this finished?
- It's v1 and shipping weekly — every plan gets every new feature as it ships. Here's the changelog.
- What is Live Signals?
- Today, RecruitSignal re-checks every player on your board weekly and sends one Sunday email with what changed. Live Signals moves that from weekly to minutes: when a player on your board commits, flips, enters the portal, or picks up a new offer, your staff hears about it the same day — not Sunday. It launches in December, ahead of portal season, when the difference between same-day and Sunday is the difference between a phone call and a missed one.
- When does paid access start?
- We're in early access, invite only. Book a walkthrough or request access from any plan above and we'll be in touch.
